For new account setup, the Account Administrator will log into the PICS Web aapplication on this screen with the temporary User ID and Password provided.  For the web application, this will be a temporary password, which will allow a one time login for the purpose of establishing the Dealer/Agency user accounts.    Once the Account Administrator logs in a screen will be displayed that will lead the administrator through the process of setting up their user accounts.    Once the User accounts have been set up, those accounts may be used to enter and process transactions.        ***  Note:  A message may be displayed on this Login screen alerting the user to information concerning the use of the PICS Web application.  ***
